Pre-Purchase Services

Sabine Surveyors Ltd. provides complete and in-depth inspections of all types of vessels prior to purchase. With our wide range of expertise we can determine the condition of any type of vessel with respect to its operational status, Classification and Flag State Certificate status, past history, condition of maintenance, possible unreported anomalies, future maintenance items and suitability for the intended service.

Our surveyors inspect difficult areas, ask tough questions and review all the information on board and present the information gathered in a comprehensive report so that a prospective purchaser may have confidence that the ship he is buying meets the standards he expects.

Often when the time available for inspection is tight, we will put together a team of two or more surveyors to conduct the ship in a shorter period of time without disrupting the vessel’s schedule. We routinely conduct pre-purchase inspections on:
